We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s) for new openings within our organization. We have both full- time and part-time positions available. This position works directly with children in a preschool or home setting carrying out ABA programming under the supervision of a BCBA.

Great Strides is one of the original providers of ABA services in the St Louis area and we are still BCBA owned and operated!  Our focus is providing premier quality ABA services that are tailored to the needs and learning style of each child we serve.  At Great Strides we utilize a natural environment teaching approach and believe that children learn best through play. Staffing ratios are 1:1 but therapy is conducted at the individual and small group level in our clinic setting. We are seeking individuals who love working with children, who are enthusiastic, focused, and driven to learn.

The hours for this position are between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.  We do not work nights or weekends.
